ABOUT THE ARTIST:
My name is Josh Adams. I go by my middle name Carr.I’m a 28 yr old half African American half Palestinian painter from Louisiana now living in between los angeles and nyc. I fell in love with painting a little over a year ago today . Exploring my consciousness on canvas has become my reason for being.
My work is conceptualized and created with no references,under drawings or outside influences. I truly believe influence is no influence at all. Every piece I have is my heart exposed.The work I’m doing now explores socio-political issues,as well as subconscious, and the questions everyone asks themselves. What are we doing here? Is this all real? What is death? What is life?
