She is a versatile visual artist who works in watercolors, oils, acrylics, mixed media, and encaustic.
She also makes ceramics , sculptures and installations.
Influenced by Kandinsky and abstract expressionism, especially in the color field , but makes figurative too.

She was born in Brazil , lives and works in New York, and hold degree in art history (MFA) at Faap- Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado and fine art (BFA) at Fatea- Faculdades Integradas Teresa D’Avila.
Art History at Scuola Lorenzo de Medici in Florence – Italy. And sculpture , print- making at The Art Student League of New York, and New York Studio School of Drawing.
Leda has been painting since she was 13 years old. And has participated in many exhibitions in Europe, Asia, USA, and Brazil.She was published in many art books , art magazines, and more. She also has gotten many prizes and awards.
