McLean is a self-taught figurative and abstract painter known for her portraits and statement pieces. An authentic and unique artist, McLean never sacrifices her integrity or vision for a utopian world. She believes in humanity, and urges those she collaborates with, including her audience, to find their own original voice.
McLean loves abstract thought and challenges her audience to define what humanity means on a personal level. Her art is beholden to the way she sees the world; through vibration, energy exchange, and manipulation of color.
