ABOUT THE ARTIST:
Armin Eltze
Armin, “Mine” Eltze is a German freelance artist, who lives and works in Hoboken, New Jersey, USA.
Born in Friedrichshafen at Lake Constance in 1985, his extraordinary talent and interest in art was obvious at a very early age.
At that time, he adopted the nickname “Mine”, which also became his professional name and signature on his artwork.
As a painter and a creative person, he knows what emotional and dynamic movement is. He loves to feel the power of movement and the different hues of colors. Now, for almost 12 years, he has been bringing his powerful and colorful creativity to canvases professionally. He gathers his inspirations from nature, special moments and thoughts, which move him forward. He wants to take his viewer into another world of art and start to dream.
Armin works primarily in acrylic, oil and sprays. He also uses spatulas, cards, brushes and anything he has at hand. Most of his artworks are huge and impressive. Each and every one is unique and there are no copies. Noticeable is his extraordinary style of painting, because every work is painted in different style.
In 2019 and 2021 he was awarded for two art scholarships provided by the state government of Rhineland-Palatinate.
In 2019 he won the 2nd place of the Regio-art Award, against 50 participants.
