In regards to the studios and gallery rentals, our non profit foundation is crediting you $500. To receive this offer, you will need to donate one piece to the NYA Gallery for our non-profit awareness to get technology out of the hands of kids to replace it with paint brushes!

($500 off First(2500.00) and $500 off Last(2500.00) * normally 3000.00 a month
Deposit will be $3000.00 You will get back after your last day in the space.
Total to move in = $8000.00
Total due every 1st of the month is $2500.00
