All artists must be uploaded onto NewYorkART•com prior to exhibition. All artwork details must be included with the work.
Checklist prior to event:
1) Streamline Contract Signed
2) Art work details for each painting ( Name, Title, Size, Price)
3) Receipt of booth payment
(IMPORTANT: By paying for this show you are accepting the terms: The Artist must label their art as: "NYAFAIR Exhibition" • The NYA Art center is not responsible for lost or stolen works, If you ship the art to the wrong location we are not responsible and there are no refunds for the exhibition fees. By paying for this show fee you agree to the terms and conditions connected to this gallery)
All artists must be uploaded onto newyorkart•com prior to the exhibition. All artwork details must be included with the work. The artist reception happens on the 1st Thursday of every month. The show exhibition is through the entire calendar month.
The NYA Art center is 9000 sq ft, 3 level space in TriBeCa, located at 7 Franklin Place, New York, NY 10013 - We are open daily 12-5PM

There are absolutely no refunds for fine art purchases for fees that are incorporated to shows for artist services or for art fair exhibitions. It is the responsibility of the artist to supply the website uploader with the proper high res images, bio and statement for the artists items for sale before they are uploaded to the website in a timely manner. It is the responsibility of the artist to ship the works in the appropriate amount of time to account for shipping for the exhibitions. If the artist pays for a space this space has been booked, marketed and promoted, if the art work is lost in transit NYA is not responsible for lost damaged or stolen works and is under no circumstances responsible for any refunds. If the artist is not happy with the timing of the show then the space and exhibitions will be pushed back to the following month or a month that works for the space and the artist. There are absolutely no refunds only credit given.
