A native Islander from Long Island, New York. I have a degree in Fine Art Photography and have worked as a product photographer and image editor. I developed a passion and love for photography at an early age, receiving a 1980\\\'s 110 film camera around age 9. I used to shoot everything from flowers to family and always made photo albums for documentation. I have always had an obsession with documenting the past as well as looking at old photographs. Photography has lead me onto a larger journey into creating deeper and more meaningful works of art.
I enjoy doing straight portrait photography as well as conceptual, composite and retouching work. All of my work comes from a meaningful place.
My past experience in acting, dance art and music continues to influence my work.
My style tends to surface in the form of minimalism. I like to bring attention to detail and also highlight the subject and the most important elements to really draw the viewer in. I put myself into each photograph and having attention to detail is a large part of who I am. While my work is well planned, I do leave some things up to the moment as we cannot control everything in life or art. Connecting with the audience and giving something to delve deeper into is my ultimate goal.
