Most paintings support the human experience – mainly life situations when someone can look back and step forward within a moment. I paint to tell stories using line, color, shapes, movement, texture and image. Usually there are three broad topics at play: A moment in time, a transitional element and attempting to control chaos.
Born in Claremont California, 1962. David has remained in the area most of his life. Throughout the educational years K-Collage David typically contributed to the school paper as writer, editor and illustrator. He has had several cartoon strips as well. Currently as a member of RCAA Board of Directors, David's work has been shown globally for many years through the Riverside Sister City program.
