Medi(t)ation is a multi-layered, interactive, new media installation. Viewers' movements are integrated into imagery projected outside and throughout the space, creating overlapping, fading silhouettes and color fields. Drawing upon stained glass, sacred geometry, mandalas, and other meditative traditions, Valosin's installation offers viewers a new, hyper-mediated space for contemplative experience and fosters renewed awareness of self and site.
